All in all nice hotel to stay. Big room and bathroom. Beautiful view. Breakfast was very good.

Close to airport. Nice and helpful people on reception. Delicious breakfast. All in all clean.

The hotel is quite old There was mold on the shower head which was disappointing. It would be nice if the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly.

Very Good

You're doing great. Overall the bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious and suitable for families with kids.

Some suggestions for improvement. Hope that the check in timing can be earlier whenever the room is ready. It will be helpful for customers who have been waiting and travelling for long hours.

Wonderful

Heated toilet seats + bidet! Great shower pressure.

Unable to use the EV charging for the rental car as it requires us to download a local Korean app which we're unable to (no korean phone number).

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Kudos to one of male receptionists, who helped us with the electrical plug in our room although it was after 11pm.

Clean, comfortable accomodation, good breakfast buffet, easy access to airport

The room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with good choices of western and Korean food. The proximity to the airport was useful and it was super easy to get there on the bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

The only downside was the view from the window of the brick wall of the building next door, which was extremely close and caused the room to be a little dark. Obviously this is why the room was so cheap, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel room during the day so it really wasn't much of an issue.

Nice hotel on a budget for Jeju.

It is a nice hotel and has a own coffee shop next to the entrance.

Even though the furnishing and equipment was nice it felt a bit old especially the carpet. We were provided slippers but for me personally i really don‘t like carpets in hotel rooms.

Served our needs!

This is a basic property for a clean and fuss-free stay. I had no issues given the price. Room was clean and location was good. Staff were quite helpful and recommended a good eatery down the road for dinner that served a great black pork bbq meal!

Bathroom was a little cramp and there wasn’t much space for toiletries.

Good for overnight and business, great breakfast

If you are a business Traveller to Jeju or just need a relatively cheap overnight this ,may be a really good choice, the breakfast was quite spectacular and the rooms are clean with the usual kettle and small fridge. Pretty good for a overnight or a few days of meeting etc.., the staff were helpful

Well our room had no view, sit-down area or balcony, and although you can pay for an upgrade I doubt there is much of a view in any room since the hotel is located in a pretty unban area( not dangerous, just city) . The hotel has a few minor wear issues that are easily overlooked if there is views or other things to focus on but in this case there was not. I would say it's a pretty typical business hotel with a great breakfast, so if that is your need then this will be a good stay.

Good

Bathroom is pretty nice. Bidet is always welcomed. Room is quite spacious as well, though felt a bit dirty due to the carpets, at least they gave us slippers to wear. Staffs are very nice as well. There's a coin laundry spot nearby, like about 2 to 3 mins walk. No need to bring any detergent at all, the machine will dispense it. You can buy dryer sheets if you want (there's a machine there) but it's not necessary.

The location is somewhat undesirable, at least for me. Lack of cafes around, at least there's a convenience store nearby, that helps a bit.

Wonderful

It was a comfortable stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with friendly people and hotel staff leave you alone, which I like.

It was a huge variety of eateries but it was quite a walk to get to them, some as far as 30 minutes away. I also felt that 12, 000 Won was excessive for the breakfast on offer, so gave up having breakfast after day two.

Good place for staying in Jeju city

Large room with plenty of space and bidet, good facilities, free parking lot accessible to the elevator, good breakfast

The bed should be more comfortable, storage cabinet for clothes is needed, only basic coffee/tea options included in breakfast

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in great location

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, and only a 15 min drive from the Hallasan track starting point. Staff was nice and free garage parking was provided.

We had an issue with the power plugs in the room. Nowhere in South Korea in 2,5 weeks of travelling we had any issues with our European adaptors. In this hotel, as soon as we connected any charger, it kicked out the circuit breakers in the room. The staff offered different adapters for a fee. We didn’t make use of them in the end.

Wonderful

Opposite hotel there is an open space where you can park your car. Compared to the hotel parking it is more spacious and easier to park. Is free, just need to give the car number plate to hotel receptionist. Hotel bathroom is big and toiletries are provided.

Preferably have disposable slippers that are more hygiene conscious

Wonderful

Staff member super nice. The room is quite clean, comfortable to stay. I love how well-located this hotel is, too. You could find very tasty local restaurants in the neighborhood.

The wind from the air conditioner aims right to the bed. Could catch cold if I turn it on. But if I turn it off it's stuffy.
